We're in the process of choosing a boat and forming our schedule for summer 2008. Until then, you can take a look at our schedule for the summer of 2007 below. It was a very busy, but very exciting and gratifying summer!

Structure: There are two separate classes offered through the program: Oaks and Cedars. Both classes meet for 3.5 hours twice a week, and will have a half hour break midway through the program. Each class will end with a half hour for clean up, journal writing, and lesson review. Students from both groups will be encouraged to stay after class to finish up particular projects and continue working on the boat as long as proper supervision is assured.

Note: Due to a high level of interest from parents, and community members during the 2006 program, we instituted Adult prep hours during our 2007 program. The shop was made available every afternoon from 2pm to 5pm and all day Tuesday for members of the community to come and volunteer with the program. This was such a success that we will continue this initiative in the summers to come.
